Stony Brook University’s BME Research Day offered an exciting opportunity for students to showcase their research to fellow students, faculty, and other researchers. The event fostered meaningful conversations, sparked potential collaborations, and highlighted the innovative work being done across the department. Our PhD student, Ingrid, participated by presenting a research poster, sharing key findings and engaging in valuable discussions about the future of tissue engineering and biomaterial-based drug delivery systems.
